By using UtterTag you agree to these terms. Questions go to uttertag@protonmail.com.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use UtterTag. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and choose one you don't use elsewhere.

What you post

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the people your sharing settings allow, which is what we need to run the service. You need the right to post anything you share, including your own voice recordings and anyone else's voice in them.

What isn't allowed

  • Harassing, threatening or impersonating people.
  • Posting anything illegal, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Recording or sharing someone's voice without their permission.
  • Sending spam, or interfering with the service or other people's accounts.

We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules. To report something, email uttertag@protonmail.com.

The service

UtterTag is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. We can change or stop the service, and we'll update these terms and the date above when they change.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using UtterTag. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Your data

How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
